Yes. We use 100% premium silicone for our products and our vibrators are manufactured in accordance with safety standards. Our products are also independently tested and certified in accordance with regional regulations (our products have been certified with the CE mark in accordance with the European EMC directive).
2. What do your products come with?
Our products come with a USB charging cable and an “how-to-use” manual in a discreet and fashionable box.
3. What are the best ways to use your products?
We do not recommend using silicone-based lubricants with our toys, as they can have a negative reaction with each other.

5. When can I expect my order?
Europe standard shipping can take 5-10 business days, and international shipping can take up to 30 business days. We are not responsible for stolen or lost shipment. Ensure that your destination has as a correct and secure point of delivery.
6. Will my order be shipped discreetly?
Your order will arrive in discreet packaging with no indication of what’s inside. Only you and us will know it. Tracking numbers are provided directly to your e-mail at the time of the shipment.
7. I haven’t received my order tracking number, what should I do?
It can take up to three business days for us to process and ship your order. If you placed your order more than three business days ago and have yet to receive a shipment notification and tracking number, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
8. I placed an order for an item that is pre-order, how will I know when it ships?
You should expect to receive the product within 20 working days from the day of the order.
9. What is your return policy?
We do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products. To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the product at email@example.com with a photo and a short description of the problem and we will get back to you.
10. What if the product I ordered is defective or incorrect?
If an item is broken or not functioning properly or it is the wrong one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll look into the problem and get back to you or provide a replacement.
11. Can I ship a gift to someone?
Of course! You can gift anything in our online store. Simply enter your giftee’s address during checkout and we’ll make sure the package arrives at their door (we do not include pricing so the giftee will never know what you spent).
