YSPOT is an adult product. Most of what people make here is explicit, and that is the point. A small number of things are off the table entirely, and those limits are not negotiable, not configurable, and not lifted for anyone.

Never, under any circumstances

• Minors. No depiction of anyone under 18, and no character presented, described or styled as a minor — no exceptions for art, fiction, anime, or "she's actually 900 years old". Prompts are screened before generation and matches are blocked and logged.
• Real people. No generating a real, identifiable person, public figure or private individual, in a sexual context. No uploading photographs of anyone; the product has no upload path for reference faces.
• Non-consent. No depiction of rape, coercion, unconscious or incapacitated subjects, or sexual violence.
• Bestiality, incest, and trafficking. In any framing.
• Harassment. Nothing made to threaten, extort, defame or humiliate an identifiable person.

How the limits are enforced

• Prompt text is screened before a job starts. Blocked prompts cost nothing and produce nothing.
• The character builder starts at 18 and has no younger option.
• Output is sampled and reviewed. Anything crossing the lines above is deleted.
• Attempting to work around a block — misspellings, code words, prompt splitting — is treated as the underlying attempt.
• A confirmed attempt at prohibited material of minors ends the account permanently and is reported where the law requires it.

Your own output

What you generate is private to your account unless you choose to post it to the public wall. Posting means other users can see the image and its prompt and remix it. You can unpost anything at any time from My stuff.

Reporting

Report anything on the public wall through the report control on the tile, or email hello@selira.ai. Reports about a real person are actioned immediately; see DMCA & takedown.

Appeals

If your account was actioned and you think that was wrong, reply to the notification or write to hello@selira.ai. Appeals are read by a person. Appeals against a minors-related decision are not entertained.
