If something on YSPOT infringes your rights, or appears to depict you, tell us and we will act. Reports are handled within 72 hours; anything that appears to depict a real person or a minor is removed immediately on receipt.
Reporting infringement
Send a notice to hello@selira.ai with the subject line "DMCA". It must include:
- identification of the work you say is infringed;
- the exact URL of the material on yspot.co;
- your name, address, telephone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
If you are depicted
Everything here is machine-generated and no real person is intentionally depicted. If output nonetheless resembles you, write to hello@selira.ai with the subject "Depiction removal", the URL, and enough detail to identify the material. You do not need to prove ownership of a copyright, and you do not need to send identification. We remove first and ask questions after.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error. We will forward it to the original complainant.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly attract valid notices are terminated.
