Terms of
service

These Terms are a binding agreement between Sria Digital B.V. ("YSPOT", "we", "us") and you. They govern your use of yspot.co and everything on it.

1. You must be 18 or older

YSPOT produces explicit adult imagery. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live. Confirming the age gate is a representation that this is true. We may terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor, without notice and without refund.

2. What the service is

YSPOT generates images and short videos from the prompts and options you supply. There is no chat, no companion, and no person on the other end. Everything you see is machine-generated. Output quality varies, and identical inputs do not guarantee identical results.

3. Credits

• Credits are a prepaid licence to use generation capacity. They are not money, not a deposit, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• One credit generates one standard image. A 4K render costs two. A five-second video costs five; ten seconds costs nine.
• Credits are held when a job starts and consumed when it succeeds. If a job fails on our side, the hold is released and no credit is taken.
• Credits do not expire. Spent credits are not refundable.
• Free daily credits are a courtesy, are capped per account and per UTC day, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Subscriptions

A monthly refill renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; credits already in your balance stay yours. We do not pro-rate partial months.

5. What you may not generate

You may not use YSPOT to create, request, upload or distribute:

• any depiction of a minor, or of a character presented as a minor, in any context — this is absolute and enforced automatically and manually;
• imagery of a real, identifiable person without their documented consent, including public figures;
• non-consensual sexual imagery, including "revenge" content and deepfakes of real people;
• content depicting sexual violence, bestiality, incest, or trafficking;
• anything unlawful where you are, or intended to harass, defame, extort or deceive.

Prompts are filtered before generation. Attempting to evade the filter is itself a breach of these Terms. See the Content policy for detail.

6. Your content and rights

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts you write. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the images and videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your output, but we retain a limited licence to store, process and display it to operate the service, to enforce this agreement, and to comply with law.

We do not warrant that output is free of third-party rights. Machine-generated material may not be copyrightable in every jurisdiction. Clearing rights for your intended use is your responsibility.

7. Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us at hello@selira.ai if you suspect it has been compromised.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a breach of Section 5, for payment fraud or chargeback abuse, or where we are required to by law. Where a suspension is our error, we restore access and any credits affected.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that output will meet your expectations. Generation capacity is shared and can queue.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

11. Changes

We may amend these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance.

12. Law and forum

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
